- PayBuy the ward-designated paid waste-disposal tickets (oversized-waste ticket, 粗大ごみ処理券) — Ticket A (¥200) and Ticket B (¥300) — and combine them to match the item's fee, then attach them to the item before putting it out. Tickets are sold at cooperating shops and convenience stores within the ward.

- Households consisting only of people aged 65+ or people with disabilities may be able to use carry-out assistance by consulting the Toshima Cleaning Office (豊島清掃事務所)
