- PayBuy an oversized-waste ticket (粗大ごみ処理券) — Ticket A (¥200) or Ticket B (¥300) — at a convenience store or other shop handling them and attach it to the item. Electronic payment is also available when applying online
- Put it outSundays only, drop off at a ward-designated facility. ¥400 per item, up to 5 items per visit, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, ID required

- Items whose longest side exceeds 220 cm and cannot be cut or disassembled
- Gypsum board / fireproof board
- Organs, electones, and electric pianos over 70 kg (consult the store you bought it from or the manufacturer)
Support and fee waivers
- Households consisting only of people age 65 or older, or only people with disabilities, who have difficulty carrying items out themselves may be able to use the "Fureai Shushu" carry-out assistance service by applying to the Suginami Cleaning Office
